My neighbor as secondary jobs, fixing cars, boats and welding that causes too much noise. Is this legal?
Our neighborhood was so difficult to achieve. It has a large truck, two boats, a father, a car and a great "Rock Crawler" jeep is in a trailer. He does work side, you make money, making lots of noise. In addition, many smells of welding and other industrial action. We have a daughter and a child six years three months. Is that illegal? I need some advice. I talked to him already. Looks like a nice guy, but all his actions are perfectly unfortunately for him, a terrible neighbor. If any of you are lawyers, help me get some peace of mind.
There are noise ordinances, but I would not go that far, especially if it's a side job that is making ends meet. I merely propose to talk, you know that you have children and try to draw something. If you do nothing other than that, I can see things got very wrong.
