Arizona Bankruptcy Lawyer
bankruptcy question,,, please help?

I have gotton myself into a financial bind and i feel like I am drowning. I have decided to claim bankruptcy so that I can start over and have piece of mind. I was wondering if anyone knew a good bankruptcy lawyer in arizona? I would like one that is as cheap as possible. Thank you so much.

You do not want to go with the cheapest lawyer necessarily, you want to go with one that knows what they are doing and practices bankruptcy on a regular basis. With the change in the laws in 2005 it is important to make sure your bankruptcy attorney understands the changes. They may not be the cheapest, but it will still be cheaper than paying off all your debt. Even just looking at the typical responses in regards to bankruptcy on here, it is evident that most people have no clue about bankruptcy. No trustee will try to get you to file a chapter 11.

It is up to them to object to discharge or move to dismiss if you don’t meet the means test or have too much assets, but they cannot force you into a Chapter 13 payment plan. Many people do not succeed with chapter 13 because they just can’t afford the payments. An attorney cannot guarantee results in a chapter 13 as they have no control over whether the debtor makes the payments unles it comes straight from the debtor’s paycheck.
