Rail Flashlight ..!!?
In a terrible accident at an intersection, a train hit a car and about a quarter mile track.Though was not murdered, The driver took the train company to court. At trial, the engineer insisted that he gave warning to the driver waving a large flashlight on and for nearly a minute behind. He even stood and convincingly demonstrated how he did it. The court belived his story and the action was dismissed. "Congratulations" Engineer said the lawyer, when it was over. "No great con-test." "Thanks," he said, "but you worry me." How? "Asked the lawyer." I was afraid to ask if the damned lantern is underway! "
