Is there a certain percentage of what the attorney fees to enter a class action?
if a class action lawsuit is 2 million dollars, can you tell me how much goes to lawyers and how much goes to your customers. someone told me that the lawyers get 33% of the total liquidation. Is this true?
It must depend on the contract. If you enter into an agreement with a Lawer to sue, must have an employment contract detailing costs and expenses.
