Illinois Tax Lawyer Illinois Tax Lawyer
Deadbeat Mom in Florida, is not paying child support. What can I do?

She lives in Florida and I live in Illinois. We two daughters. It was when my eldest son was a little over a year and my youngest of three months. For over 8 years and still refuses to pay. The state of Florida is trying to keep my child support. Have been suspended driver's license and take your taxes, if ever the files. Every Once found, to get money of his salary, which he quit his job. I call every week to see what the status of my case and it does not really seem to do everything they could. I can not pay a counsel on my own. I tried to ask, beg and plead with her to help with our girls and she refuses. His family did not seem to worry about my situation either. I have no family can help. I'm on a sinking ship. I moved to Illinois, because of better job opportunities, but my income is not enough. Public assistance in Illinois I said to do a lot of help, but it's a joke. Any ideas on what I can do?

If you receive visits removed. It sounds as if she does not want their children to any way. It will take you to court, even if court ordered visits. What judge the hand of his time to reorder. It sounds like you have worked for years waiting another year for legal help is probably not so difficult. But access to part time work long enough to pay decent Lawyer would be a better solution. Most lawyers have a deposit and balance of payments due. If you have or Florida is not really working with you. Never heard of this type of (or any) of what happens to a bad payer. It's my personal opinion is that these children are much better in serious long-term without a father. My personal choice is Remove all the "bios" of the rights and stay out. The other parent knows where we are, but is too ashamed to show his face. My son is much better.
