Need help in collecting back support?
I have a support order established with the Georgian Ministry of Children Child Support Enforcement, however, my ex has still not paid. It is self-employed, and this year has paid half of what needs to be ($ 4,300 in arrears) CSE said it would be 60 days after a row before you can do anything. What can I do? It is clear that the state is too overloaded and understaffed to help me, I can not afford a Lawyer, but my children need this money.
