Believer Lawyer

Why is the burden of proof on the believer?
I can prove that God exists and I can prove that FSM, Pink Unicorn, Zeus, The Tooth Fairy, Horus, Santa Claus, and Russell's teapot does not exist. So please show me the evidence that proves that God exists is not. It is unreasonable to say God does not exist without some evidence of such a claim. I wonder which one of you would be willing to sit on charges of murder without counsel and just say "No". Maybe you can try this with God.
Why is the burden of proof is on the believer has to do with the rules of deductive logic, invented by the ancient Greeks, centuries before Jesus Christ. The type of question we ask is called a dichotomy, as there are only two possibilities. Either God exists or God does not exist. It is not possible both positions are correct or simultaneously for both false. If an item is true, the opposite must be false. It is a dichotomy. It is always impossible to prove a negative statement (God does not exist.) Because it is impossible to prove all the circumstances in which it was found. No matter what circumstances are tested and are empty, there are always at least one circumstance where it could be hidden. Because the issue is a dichotomy and because the negative declaration can never be proven, the only way to resolve the outstanding issue is whether the positive statement (God exists.) is true. This places the burden on the shoulders of the faithful who made the statement without proof that God really exists. This statement from each negative can never change anything proven. If the positive assertion can be proven true, then God must exist. If the positive affirmation can be a result, the only conclusion left is that God does not really exist. If you have a valid proof that God exists objective reality, if you please explain yourself. There are dozens of atheists here, who have waited all their life to enlightenment.
