Help filing bankruptcy?
I want to file bankruptcy but can not afford an attorney & the only legal aid office has a waiting list around. I have been researching and it looks pretty difficult to do it by yourself. I do have a house & almost every site I go to says that if any of the paperwork is filled out incorrectly I could lose my house. I live in Arizona, have you or anyone you know filed for bankruptcy without a Lawyer? Is it really that difficult?
If you want to do this right and you KNOW your "BKing" then stop Declaring your paying the bills on and save that money for the attorney fees. Pick your attorney, call them and tell them what is going to happen. Then when you start getting collection calls tell them "im Declaring bankruptcy, so and so is my attorney, please dont call again." and they will not. Once you have the money saved (it should not take longer than a month) call the attorney and declares good luck
